The warm tropical islands of Fiji have nutrient rich soil and abundant tropical rainfall which is the perfect environment to grow ginger. We select delicious high-quality fresh ginger at the peak of the growing season to deliver a crystallized ginger with a smooth sweet heat that is pure and delicious. It is encased in cane sugar to give it its unique crunchy exterior.
